Computational Mechanics is the development and application of numerical methods and digital computers to the solution of problems posed by engineering and applied science with the objectives of understanding and harnessing the muti-physics problems.

Object of this presentation for students is to illustrated the various research application of numerical methods in industrial case:

- Innovative material and simulation: foam, composites, green materials, shape memory

- Meshing and remeshing in engineering application

- Computational mechanic in forming processes: metallic or composite

- 3D virtual reconstitution and applications
